We do not merely freeze the account. When we process the request we delete the account id, email, sign-in link, and Fix-text quota records on our servers. We do this within 30 days.
In the app
Settings → Request account deletion. Send the email that opens.
Without the app
Email contact@shadow-speak.com with the subject “Serendipity account deletion request”. Include the Google email you used to sign in and the account id if the app showed one.
Not deleted by this request
- Notes that exist only on the device — delete them in the app or uninstall
- Markdown you uploaded to your GitHub — delete it on GitHub
